These Terms govern your participation in the text messaging program operated by Gullo Ford Quick Lane ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to these Terms.
Our text messaging program sends appointment reminders and related service notifications to customers who have scheduled service appointments with Gullo Ford Quick Lane. The program also supports two-way conversation, allowing you to reply to messages with questions about your appointment.
Messages may be sent using automated software.
You can opt in to our text messaging program by entering your phone number and checking the consent box on our online scheduling form. Opt-in is not required to schedule an appointment.
If you schedule your appointment in person or by telephone with a Gullo Ford Quick Lane representative, the representative may enter your phone number and check the consent box on your behalf after you confirm you want to receive appointment reminder text messages.
Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity, typically 1 to 4 messages per scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to alter message frequency at any time.
Message and data rates may apply. Participation in our text messaging program may result in message and data charges from your mobile service provider. These charges may apply to both incoming and outgoing messages. You are responsible for any costs imposed by your mobile service provider.
You can opt out of our text messaging program at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. After opting out, you will not receive further messages from this program unless you opt in again.

Not all mobile carriers or devices may be supported, and messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Gullo Ford Quick Lane, its service providers, and the mobile carriers participating in this program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our text messaging program. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder of the mobile phone number provided or have permission from the account holder to receive messages at that number. You are responsible for notifying us if you no longer have access to the phone number you provided.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms indicates when they were last revised. Continued participation in our text messaging program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
